Coaching vs. psychotherapy
Coaching is for people who feel psychologically well overall and are looking for support in a specific area of life. It is not a clinical treatment format and does not require a mental health diagnosis. If you are unsure whether coaching or psychotherapy is right for you, we will clarify this together in our first session.
