Individual
Psychotherapy.
Disorder-specific cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders, body image disturbances, and related mental health challenges — empathetic, evidence-based, sustainable.
Who is psychotherapy for?
Psychotherapy is designed for individuals experiencing a mental health condition that significantly impairs daily functioning. A clinically confirmed diagnosis is required, which we assess together at the beginning of treatment.
- Eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder)
- Body image disturbances
- Accompanying depression or anxiety
- Significant impairment in daily life
- Desire for regular, intensive therapeutic support
My approach
I work using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) — one of the best-researched and most effective psychotherapy methods. For eating and body image disorders, I combine classical CBT techniques with specific body image interventions, including mirror confrontation therapy.
How it works
Initial contact
You submit an inquiry. I review whether I am the right therapist for your needs.
Diagnostic assessment
In the first sessions, we clarify together whether a mental health condition is present and whether psychotherapy is the right format.
Therapy sessions
We start with 1–2 sessions per week and adjust according to progress. Each session is 50 minutes.
